Job summary

Home Helpers Careers is seeking an Experienced Caregiver with 3+ years hands-on caregiving to join our in-home care team in Lawrenceville, GA and surrounding areas. The role requires reliable, compassionate individuals who can follow care plans and provide personal care with dignity.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, prepare meals, and monitor client conditions, while maintaining safety guidelines. CNA/PCA/HHA certification is a plus, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Hands-on personal care is required.
• Experience assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers, meal prep).
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Compassionate and patient with clients.
• Able to follow care plans and instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily assistance.
