We are seeking an Experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our Las Vegas, NV office. This role requires five full days in the office to handle daily printing, physical filings, and mail submissions to USCIS.

Position Details:

• Work Location: Las Vegas, NV (on-site, Monday–Friday)
• Schedule: Full-time, 35-40 hours per week
• Reports To: Supervising Paralegal
• Work Environment: A calm, structured, and positive workplace that fosters job satisfaction
• Caseload: Assigned a minimum number of cases to ensure thorough and high-quality work

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, file, and manage non-immigrant visa (NIV) petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3) with USCIS and other agencies
• Assess eligibility criteria for various visa categories and ensure proper documentation
• Perform daily printing and physical filings, ensuring timely mail submissions to USCIS
• Communicate effectively with HR personnel, attorneys, government agencies, and clients throughout the case process
• Monitor and maintain case management systems to track deadlines and case progress
• Stay updated on changes in corporate immigration law and visa policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in employment-based corporate immigration (required)
• Hands-on experience preparing and filing NIV petitions (H-1B, TN, O-1, L-1, E-3)
• Experience with daily physical filings and mailing processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle casework efficiently
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and INSZoom
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple cases

Note: This role does not involve asylum, refugee, or family-based immigration cases. Candidates must have direct experience with corporate immigration and NIV petitions to be considered.
