Job summary

This role supports a single location within a 7-person HVAC shop and focuses on preventive maintenance, installation, and repair tasks on military and private sector contracts. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of hands-on HVAC experience and an EPA Universal Certification, with the ability to work with a diverse team including Veterans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ten years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• Must possess EPA Universal Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance orders (PMOs), demand maintenance orders (DMOs), and individual job orders (IJOs) as assigned.
• Install and repair HVAC systems including package units, chillers, boilers, and control systems.
• Document daily timecards, requisitions, and maintenance records.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls within 2 hours.
• Maintain safety standards and proper care of government and company property.
