Sandri Energy is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician in the United States for pre-season recruitment. The role offers an hourly pay range of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, plus a $5,000 hiring bonus for those who start before October 28, 2026.

Expect to troubleshoot residential systems, perform preventive maintenance, and mentor apprentices. Applicants should have 5+ years of HVAC experience, hold an MA Oil Burner license, and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Active MA Oil Burner license is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems (boilers, furnaces, AC units).
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep homes running smoothly.
• Lead and oversee apprentice technicians on the job.
• Rotating on-call schedule with stipend and time-and-a-half for emergencies.
