Coastal Air Plus in Charleston, SC is seeking experienced Residential HVAC technicians to join our growing, family‑owned company with 70+ years in the HVAC industry. We offer advancement and professional development in a supportive, stable environment.

You'll diagnose and repair systems, perform preventive maintenance, document service records, and deliver top‑notch customer service while following safety standards. A valid driver's license and solid troubleshooting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC electrical and low-voltage systems.
• NATE Certification is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations.
• Recommend solutions that best serve customer needs.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $27.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: 8AM - 5PM | Monday-Friday | 40+ Hours per Week | Overtime Opportunities Available
