DAY IN THE LIFE

WHAT WE DO:

All residential HVAC work, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, installation, maintenance, and service. We do it right, and we care about customer satisfaction. If you dislike working with people, this isn't the role for you.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement our service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Diagnose HVAC system problems accurately
• Recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sales
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs with less than 1% callback rate
• Manage time and inventory effectively to optimize profitability
• Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after each job
• Keep company vehicle clean and well-maintained
