Base pay range

$24.75/hr - $33.00/hr

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Perform thorough maintenance on all ages of HVAC equipment.
2. Diagnose heating and air conditioning system issues accurately.
3. Recognize potential breakdown issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
4. Ask for payment confidently and deliver excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of HVAC experience.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• NATE certifications.
• Sales experience, basic sheet metal, and IAQ knowledge.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and mechanical skills.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to stand, handle tools, reach, talk, walk, climb, and lift up to 150 pounds. Comfortable working in tight spaces and in varying weather conditions. Specific vision abilities required.

Compensation & Hours

Starting wage: $24.75 - $33.00 per hour (DOE) + bonus & incentives.

Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends.
