Job description
We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician for a customer-facing, residential with some light commercial service role. You’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and discuss recommended solutions. You will succeed by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer\'s needs.

- Deliver World-Class Service – Provide an amazing experience for our customers.
- Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, diagnose and fix issues correctly.
- Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers identify additional opportunities and needs related to home comfort and air quality, and offer expert recommendations for the best solution.

- Experience in residential HVAC or as an apprentice
- Experience in Commercial Refrigeration is an added bonus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and the office team

- The pay range for this position depends on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC service technician.
