Job summary

Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

The technician will support the HVAC department by performing preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and service of commercial and industrial systems. Essential duties include diagnostics, equipment inspection, coordinating with dispatch, delivering parts, and generating work orders while upholding safety standards and using PPE as prescribed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and service repairs on HVAC units per specifications.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on commercial equipment.
• Inspect equipment and diagnose issues to prevent breakdowns.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Deliver and remove parts/equipment needed for service work.
• Create work orders to address deficiencies.
• Adhere to safety standards and wear PPE as prescribed.
