You must be able to recognize potential breakdown issues before they happen and make the a ppropriate recommendations to the customer. You must also be comfortable asking for money and deliver excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.
• Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely , and in an accurate manner.
• Abilit to manage stress, difficult, or emotional customer situations.
• Operating company vehicles, and you will be expected to follow all state and federal laws, as well as maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicles.
