Current Opportunity: HVAC Service Technician

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Using a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
• Identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing systems and products at customer locations.
• Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
• Preparing for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating work.
• Inspecting vehicles for condition and cleanliness.
• Maintaining vehicles by keeping records of service, scheduling, and repairs.
• Maintaining equipment by inspecting for wear, notifying customers and/or managers of findings.
• Documenting work by completing paperwork and maintaining files.
• Serving as a direct customer contact, representing the company.
• Determining parts needed for repairs and their timeliness.
• Recording parts, materials, labor, and other costs, and returning unused resources.
• Submitting all required paperwork and reports promptly.
• Staying current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
• Reading and interpreting product specifications.
• Providing technical support to customers.
• Working overtime/weekends as necessary.
• Traveling regularly, with some overnight stays, as needed.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
