Current Opportunity: HVAC Service Technician

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use hand tools, blueprints, or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested.
• Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating work.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, keeping records of service and repairs.
• Inspect equipment for wear, notify management of findings.
• Complete paperwork for each job, maintain files, and document work accurately.
• Serve as a direct customer contact, representing the company professionally.
• Determine parts needed for repairs and manage timely procurement.
• Stay current on product installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
• Read and interpret product specifications.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Travel regularly, including some overnight stays.
• Require 5 years of relevant experience.
