Holy City Heating and Air is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our family-owned business. Pay Range: $26.00 to $40.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials, plus spiffs and incentives based on performance

Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical insurance for the employee with buy-up options available, additional dental and vision options available, 401K with company match, paid holidays, vacation, uniforms, tool and boot account, and take-home vehicle (with valid driver's license and insurable driving record)

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating night and weekend on-call shifts

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform seasonal system maintenance and tune-ups.
• Install new heating and cooling systems with precision and efficiency.
• Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold our company's reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
