Job summary

Cummings Properties in Beverly, MA is seeking a full-time HVAC technician to install, repair, and maintain systems across 11 million square feet of office, retail, and lab space. Primary Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across 11 million square feet of office, retail, and lab space
• Troubleshoot, service, install, and repair commercial HVAC systems such as water-source heat pumps, DX cooling, cooling towers, gas-fired hydronic systems, makeup air units, lab exhaust systems, and variable-frequency drives

The Preferred Candidate Will Possess

• An excellent customer service attitude
• Refrigeration technician license is desirable

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of ductwork design, sizing, and fundamentals

The hourly rate range is $35 - $45, based on experience.
