Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use hand tools, blueprints, or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested.
• Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts and coordinating work.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles and equipment, keeping detailed records.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
• Serve as a direct customer contact, providing technical support and ensuring service quality.
• Determine parts needed for repairs and manage inventory accordingly.
• Maintain current knowledge of products related to installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Read and interpret product specifications.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, with regular travel and some overnight stays.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
