Current Opportunity: HVAC Service Technician

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested.
• Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating work.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, keeping records of service and repairs.
• Inspect equipment for wear, notify management of findings.
• Complete paperwork and maintain files for each job.
• Serve as a direct customer contact, providing technical support.
• Order parts for repairs in a timely manner.
• Record parts, materials, labor, and costs accurately.
• Ensure all paperwork is submitted promptly.
• Stay current on product installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Read and interpret product specifications.
• Work overtime/weekends as needed and travel as required.
• Require 5 years of experience.
