Job summary

A leading HVAC solutions provider is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician in Annapolis, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of commercial HVAC/R experience and hold an EPA Universal Certification. Responsibilities include servicing and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring clean job sites, and communicating with clients. This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $30 to $45 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience is required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems
• Diagnose and identify repair/replacement needs
• Perform work efficiently within company and industry standards
• Maintain clean job sites and vehicles
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Requirements

• 3+ yearsof commercial HVAC/R experience
• Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical program
• Strong skills in HVAC systems (1–50 tons), refrigeration, boilers, electrical, and/or controls
• Valid Driver’s Licenseand clean driving record
• EPA Universal Certificationrequired
• Must provide own hand tools, meters, and gauges
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Work Environment

• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, crawl, and stand for extended periods
