Experienced HVAC Installer

Purpose: As an HVAC installer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and superintendents, primarily in new residential and multi-family construction.

Responsibilities:

• Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specifications and building codes.
• Identify hazards and safety issues related to HVAC installation and operation.
• Take corrective actions to resolve safety and operational problems.
• Make on-site decisions without disrupting business or work quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Build and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
• Read blueprints accurately.
• Complete quality control sheets.

Qualifications:

• Leadership skills with the ability to empower team members.
• Ability to produce quality work consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with builders, contractors, and project managers.
• Knowledge of ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.
• Ability to follow directions precisely.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic demonstrated daily.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Availability to work 6 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
• Relevant HVAC experience is preferred.
