Job summary

Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer for residential and light commercial projects in the Greater Orlando Area. You will install air conditioning systems, ensure high-quality workmanship, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of hands-on installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and EPA Certification. A strong focus on safety, problem solving, and continued skill development is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience installing air conditioning units.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Proficient in HVAC ductwork design, fabrication, and installation.
• Strong knowledge of tools, testing devices, and job site safety.
• General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems.
• EPA Certification.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to consult on issues and provide solutions.
• Willingness to invest in personal tools and continue developing skills.

We have an immediate opening for an Experienced HVAC Installer who is a self-starter, driven, and ready to deliver high-quality installations.

Pay

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional overtime as needed)

Position Summary

Responsible for installing residential and light commercial air conditioning systems to the highest company standards while providing customers with an outstanding experience.

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
