Hagler Heating and Cooling in Ozark, AL is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. This role focuses on installing residential heating and air conditioning equipment to our company standards, with attention to safety, quality, and customer communication.

You should have 2+ years of HVAC installation experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and EPA Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).

Hagler Heating and Cooling has been serving Ozark and the surrounding communities since 2000. We specialize in residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality, providing dependable installation, repair, and maintenance services to local homeowners.

We're adding an HVAC Installation Technician to our team. This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with customers, and wants to continue developing their skills in the HVAC trade.

Monday–Friday, full-time, with occasional overtime as needed.
