Job summary

F.H. Furr is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our Frederick, MD area operation. You will lead installation teams, install residential HVAC systems with precision, and ensure everything runs at peak performance.

You’ll measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and connect systems while delivering excellent customer service and upholding safety standards. A strong background in HVAC and a valid license are required.

• Experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation best practices.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment.
