Experienced HVAC Foreman
Purpose: As an HVAC Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and foremen, primarily in new residential construction.
Responsibilities:
- Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specifications and building codes.
- Identify hazards and safety issues related to HVAC installation and operation.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve safety and operational problems.
- Make on-site decisions that do not disrupt business operations or compromise work quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, building and maintaining schedules to meet deadlines.
- Read blueprints and complete quality control sheets.
Qualifications:
- Leadership skills and the ability to empower team members.
- Ability to produce quality work and follow directions.
- Excellent communication skills for working with builders, contractors, and project managers.
- Knowledge of ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work 6 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
- Relevant HVAC experience is a plus.
