Job summary

Altitude Cleaning Crew is seeking experienced cleaners to take on on-site residential jobs in Reno, Sparks, and nearby areas. You provide your own supplies, vehicle, and transportation, and you’ll be paid per completed cleaning on a weekly schedule each Tuesday.

Opportunities include recurring, deep-cleaning, and move-in/move-out projects. As an independent contractor, you decide which jobs to accept, manage your taxes and expenses, and can work with other clients.

Qualifications

• Paid residential cleaning experience.
• Your own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Your own cleaning supplies, vacuum, and mop.
• General liability insurance - must have willingness to obtain it.
• Willingness to complete a company-paid background screening.
• The ability to communicate clearly when plans change.

We bring available cleaning opportunities, handle the scheduling and billing, and pay every Tuesday for completed jobs.

What You Can Earn

• Most jobs work out to $25-$30 per cleaning hour in base payouts
• Keep 100% of your tips
• Additional incentives when eligible - we want happy clients!

Pay is a flat project rate, never an hourly wage. Actual earnings depend on the jobs you accept, completion time, team size, tips, and incentives. Job volume is not guaranteed.

The 1099 Details

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment.

You decide which opportunities to accept, provide your own supplies and transportation, handle your own taxes and business expenses, and remain free to work with other companies and clients.

Before accepting jobs, you’ll complete a W-9 and Independent Contractor Agreement.
