Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is hiring full-time house cleaners to service customers in the Dallas area. You will perform professional home cleaning, follow our established process, and delight clients with consistent, high-quality results.

The role offers a stable schedule, provided cleaning supplies, a company car for job travel, and opportunities to earn tips plus bonuses. Strong teamwork and customer-focused service are valued.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• Be able to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and follow the process to delight customers.
• Communicate with customers and teammates in a friendly, positive, professional manner.
• Maintain and organize cleaning equipment; ensure vehicle is stocked with supplies.
• If team lead, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely to job sites.
