Job summary

Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is hiring as a full-time house cleaner in the Dallas, TX area. Enjoy a stable schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and a compensation plan that lets you control your income. You will clean homes, interact with clients, and ensure supplies and equipment are well managed.

Earn $12.50 to $22.00 per hour based on experience, quality, and speed. Paid holidays after 90 days and up to 5 days of PTO after the first year are included.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Have a valid US driver's license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Earn $12.50 to $22.00 an hour depending on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

Paid holidays, eligible after 90 days of employment.

Paid time off, up to 5 days after 1st year.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for customer service, driving the team to the customer homes and to arrive on time to the appointments.
