Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Hot Tap and Line Stop Technician to lead and perform tasks within service level qualifications. This role centers on executing hot taps, line stops, and related operations in refinery environments, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Candidates must have 3+ years in hot tap work and a high school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to travel to field sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Technical school, Industry or relevant training preferred
• Three (3) or more years of experience in a Hot Tap industrial setting is required

Responsibilities

• Lead Hot Tap and Line Stop operations in accordance with technician certification and company processes
• Create safe entry into pipe or vessel; manage pressure or vacuum situations
• Perform hot taps, conventional line stops, and related stops (e.g., 45 degree taps, Tee stops)
• Maintain tooling and equipment; document service activities
• Attend required training to maintain competence and safety standards
