Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level technician to support Hot Tap and Line Stop operations with a strong mechanical aptitude, solid math skills, and a safety-first mindset. Training will be provided to learn processes and achieve technician certification in accordance with company procedures.

The role is based at a TEAM field office or client site, with potential travel and opportunities for growth into technical services, project management, or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school, Industry or relevant training preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in a Hot Tap industrial setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety procedures and job documentation.
• Assist Hot Tap and Line Stop operations and training toward technician certification.
• Attend required training to maintain competence and improve skills and knowledge.
• Identify circumstances that necessitate use of proper safety procedures and equipment.
• Maintain tooling and equipment, document all service activities.
