Job summary

Hallson Hospitality in Nashville seeks a detail-oriented inspector to assess vacation rental homes before guest arrivals. You will verify cleanliness, presentation, and readiness across bedrooms, baths, kitchens, living areas, and exteriors, and document maintenance needs.

You will monitor stock, provide feedback to cleaning teams, maintain consistency across all properties, and assist with guest-facing requests when needed, following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning, inspecting, or managing short-term rental properties.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using company apps and systems such as Slack and Breezeway.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Willingness to complete background checks and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of vacation rental homes before guest arrival.
• Ensure each property meets brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and readiness.
• Inspect bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and exterior areas for issues.
• Identify and document preventative maintenance needs.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning and guest supply stock as needed.
• Provide feedback and training support to cleaning teams.
• Help maintain consistency across all homes according to standards.
• Occasionally assist with guest-facing needs in a professional and solutions-oriented manner.
• Respond to special requests and urgent operational needs as they arise.
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures.
• Support large cleaning or quality improvement projects when needed.
• Complete other duties assigned by the management team.
