Job summary

Right at Home in Medford, OR seeks an experienced Hospice Caregiver to provide dedicated, round-the-clock in-home support for a client. This awake, long-shift role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality care in the client’s home.

You will perform personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and safety supervision while documenting care notes in our app and coordinating with our office team.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID are required.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Caregiver to provide dedicated, round‑the‑clock support for a client in their home. This is an awake, long‑shift position designed for a compassionate professional who is committed to delivering exceptional care and requires experience with hospice care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
