BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for home health visits in the Williamsburg to Hampton, VA area. The role supports adult and geriatric clients with flexible full time, part time, or per diem arrangements.

Qualified applicants have a VA PT license and at least one year of PT experience, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. EMR experience is preferred, and the company emphasizes growth, training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• A current VA PT license is required.
• Minimum of one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, balance, strength, and safety.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including manual therapy, gait training, and balance.
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote independence.
• Accurately document observations and interventions in EMR.
