Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with Down syndrome is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with developmental or intellectual disabilities is highly valued.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive and supportive relationship with the client.
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate assistance.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation and accompany the client to appointments.
