Job summary

WM is seeking an Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Indiana. This role offers stable hours, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits, with shifts on the 1st and 2nd lines from 5:30am to 3pm and 3pm to 1am at our Morristown site.

You will operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders across our recycling facilities serving millions of customers. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of heavy equipment experience, are 18+, legally eligible to work in the United

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without accommodations.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.
• Preferred experience: transfer trailer, skid steer, loader.

Responsibilities

The hours and location you’ll work in as an Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with WM:

• Sunday – Thursday every week

• 1st Shift: 5:30am to 3pm

As an ExperiencedHeavy EquipmentOperator you’ll be responsible for operating heavy equipment like bulldozers, scrapers & front-end loaders - this role is vital to the work we do, so your work will be recognized and valued for the impact it has on our operation. • Operates heavy equipment in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures.

• Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintains accurate records.

• Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with use of material moving equipment.

• Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as per guidelines for operating and maintaining vehicle.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

What do you need to be considered for the role of Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator?

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
