Job summary

PSC Construction, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Oklahoma team. You will operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and trenchers on underground utility projects, following plans and specifications to ensure precise and safe work.

We offer weekly pay, full-time employment with OT, and a comprehensive benefits package. A minimum of 4 years’ experience with heavy equipment, a valid driver’s license, and a strong safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience operating excavators, skid steers, backhoes, dozers and other earthmoving equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No criminal misdemeanors in the last 5 years or felonies in the last 7 years.
• Willingness to travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes to excavate, grade, and compact earth within specified parameters.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Work with the construction team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and job site personnel.

Requirements

• Proven 4 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator of: Excavator, Skid Steer Loader, Backhoe, Dozer, and other Earthmoving equipment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and safety consciousness
• No criminal misdemeanors in the last 5 years or criminal felonies in the last 7 years
• Willingness to travel from time to time if the project requires
