Job Description

· Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment without supervision, including completing checklists in full.

· Diagnose most system problems, recommend repairs, and perform service and repairs.

· Begin troubleshooting equipment and make repair and replace decisions.

· Meet all qualifications and possess all necessary tools.

· Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.

· Train, instruct, and oversee less experienced technicians.

· Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance.

· Possess basic customer service skills and the ability to explain problems to customers and coworkers.
