Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Experienced Health Care Project Architect. Core hours in office are Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM. The Project Architect (PA) will lead the Design Team for specific health-care projects. PA will collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, vendors and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare-focused projects. PA roles involve weekly planning of the work for in-house architectural designers, coordinating with outside consultants, and overseeing the entire development of the drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect and current architectural license in PA.
• More than 10 year's experience in designing and delivering healthcare projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes and healthcare design standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.
• Proficiency in REVIT and Blue Beam.
