Job summary

Mansueto Hardwood Flooring LTD is seeking a full-time experienced Hardwood Floor Installer/Finisher in Chester County, West Chester. The ideal candidate will have previous hardwood flooring installation experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include determining flooring needs, ensuring safety on the job site, and laying various types of flooring. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Qualifications

• MUST HAVE Previous Hardwood Flooring Installation experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and move heavy objects, and work on your hands and knees.
• Interest in learning new techniques.

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED hardwood Floor Installer/Finisher to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Look at a room and determine the flooring needs, including the type of underlay required for the material used.
• Work safely and cleanly on the job site, following best practices from both the company and the flooring manufacturer.
• Lay multiple types of flooring, including hardwood, LVP, Rubber flooring.
• Work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. Workdays begin at 7am.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE Previous Hardwood Flooring Installation experience. THIS IS A MUST in order to be considered for this position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to regularly lift and move heavy objects, and work on your hands and knees.
• Interest in learning new techniques and the ability to adapt to different environments.
• MUST possess a Valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation.
