Compensation Information:

Employees are classified into one of three commission levels based on skillset and experience. They are paid commission on Service Sales Revenue, which includes the amount paid by the guest for services plus discounts.

• Experienced Level: 33%-38% commission + tips
• Expert Level: 39%-44% commission + tips
• Premier Level: 45%-49% commission + tips

Pricing for haircut and base color services generally aligns with skill level:

• Experienced Level: Haircut: $72-$95, Base Color: $90-$112
• Expert Level: Haircut: $96-$119, Base Color: $113-$130
• Premier Level: Haircut: $120+, Base Color: $131+

Employees also have the opportunity to earn retail product commissions per program guidelines.

Initial onboarding hourly rate is $19.29.

This position offers a hiring bonus of $1,000-$2,500 for qualified full-time candidates; part-time candidates are eligible for a prorated bonus.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold an active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license
• Have 2+ years of experience providing hair services in a high-end environment
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills
• Can tailor product recommendations to individual needs
• Assist with salon operations to maintain a smooth guest experience when possible
