Kendal at Hanover is seeking an experienced General Maintenance Technician. Qualified candidates for this General Maintenance position will be engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds by performing a variety of duties. Examples include:

• Perform project assignments and renovations.
• Perform work requests to building interiors/ exteriors such as woodwork, furnishings, finishes, hardware, and maintaining grounds.
• This position supports the operational needs of the facility. The assignment of workdays, work hours and shifts will be discussed at the time of an interview.

Pay Range: $27.04 - $32.70 per hour, dependent on experience (not including shift differentials).
