Position Overview

As a Garage Door Technician at ProLift, you’ll travel in a company vehicle to customer homes across the greater Nashville area. You’ll diagnose garage door issues, provide repair or replacement quotes on-site, and perform the necessary work with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential garage doors and openers
• Recommend the best solutions based on safety, performance, and customer needs
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Manage your service truck, inventory, schedule, and customer communication
• Use ServiceTitan to create estimates, send invoices, and follow up with clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience installing or repairing residential garage doors and motors
• Strong mechanical skills and proficiency with hand and power tools
• Sales and customer service experience is a strong plus
• Team-oriented with a willingness to give and receive feedback
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
