Job summary

Atlas Toyota Material Handling, LLC is hiring a full-time Field Service Technician to support customers in the Eau Claire, WI area. Training will be completed at our shop in Brooklyn Park, MN. The role offers a company service van, robust benefits, and ongoing training opportunities.

Primary duties include diagnosing and repairing lift trucks, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety standards are met. A Monday–Friday schedule is provided in many positions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and equipment repair skills.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial or automotive equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Toyota and other makes of lift trucks and heavy-duty material handling equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products sold and serviced by Atlas.
• Maintain personal technician tools and equipment for safe and efficient daily operations.
• Complete service repair assignments in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Participate in monthly safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently hiring a full-time Field Service Technician to support customers in the Eau Claire, WI area. While the role will primarily service customer material handling equipment throughout the Eau Claire market, all new hires will complete initial training at our primary shop in Brooklyn Park, MN.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Toyota and other makes of lift trucks and heavy-duty material handling equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacture specifications.

Requirements:

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial or automotive equipment.
• A willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
• The ability to manage time and attendance. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
• Field Technician Positions: Regular travel within an assigned territory is required; the ability to operate a motor vehicle is necessary for this role.
