Experienced Ford Trim / Electrical Technician – Automotive

Experience with removal and installation of interior trim components (e.g., door panels, seats, covers) and diagnosing squeaks, rattles, and electrical issues (such as airbags and windows) is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose vehicles
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor
• Communicate additional service requests to service advisor
• Plan work with shop foreman
• Provide labor estimates
• Monitor repair times and update service advisor
• Follow dealership policies on vehicle care
• Complete documentation for repairs
• Mentor technician trainees
• Attend training sessions
• Stay updated with factory bulletins
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience or training; or equivalent. Ford Trim Installation experience is REQUIRED.

Valid Driver’s License
