• At least 3 years of hands-on fire sprinkler service experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of back-flow, wet/dry systems, fire pumps and troubleshooting procedures.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician responsible for performing service calls, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. The technician will install and service systems efficiently to ensure minimum downtime and maximum performance, adhering to high-quality standards set by DynaFire and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, and knowledgeable of safety codes and standards.

• Install and service fire sprinkler systems for a variety of clients and applications.
• Complete all tasks on service repairs, deficiency, and installation work orders.
• Communicate scope of work needs to ensure timely completion.
• Manage time effectively.
• Respond to after-hour service calls as scheduled.
• Follow DynaFire’s safety procedures and client safety protocols.
• Operate construction equipment safely, including ladders, lifts, hand tools, power tools, and cutting tools.

Requirements:

Training and Certification:

• Valid Driver's License
• At least 3 years of hands-on fire sprinkler service experience
• FASA certification
• NICET Level I or equivalent in water-based systems within 24 months of hire
• Proficiency with office hardware and software tools used by DynaFire
• Knowledge of back-flow, wet/dry systems, fire pumps, controllers, and alarm devices, including troubleshooting procedures
