Qualifications

Must have previous finish caulking experience.
Experience with waterproofing and sealer applications preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform professional finish caulking on commercial and residential projects.
Apply sealants around joints, windows, doors, expansion joints, penetrations, and other building components.
Remove and replace existing caulking and sealants as needed.
Properly prepare and clean surfaces before application.
Produce clean, consistent, finished caulk lines.
Follow project specifications and manufacturer requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements.
