Your Role

As a Financial Advisor, you’ll manage client relationships, deliver high-quality financial planning, and collaborate with your advisory team to offer transformative guidance. You’ll lead meetings, support academically based investment decisions, and play a central role in shaping each client’s journey.

Client Relationship Management

  • Lead onboarding, goal setting, annual reviews, and ongoing planning for clients.
  • Build rapport grounded in empathy, trust, and financial acumen.
  • Guide clients in clarifying their values and aligning their finances accordingly.
  • Work alongside client service associates and operational staff to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Communicate proactively and consistently, following through with excellence.

Comprehensive Planning & Advisory

  • Prepare and deliver holistic financial plans, including retirement, estate, tax, cash flow, and insurance planning, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and objectives.
  • Develop investment proposals with the help of our investment team that reflect each client’s goals, values, time horizon, and risk profile.
  • Monitor plans, updating and adapting based on life changes or new opportunities.

Team & Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives that improve our planning processes and client experience.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide peer review or internal training when needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new ideas to life, practicing courageous discernment.
  • Participate in firm meetings, strategic planning sessions, and professional development programs. Join Our Journey

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required

  • 5+ years in a financial-planning-focused role (CFP required)
  • 3+ years leading client relationships
  • Passion for values-based planning and holistic wealth management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tech fluency (e.g., Moneytree, Advisor Engine, Tamarac, Outlook, Schwab, Fidelity) and adaptability to new systems
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Experience working with values-oriented clients or mission-driven households
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative, team-based work in a small firm setting
