Job summary

Edward Jones is recruiting financial advisors to build and grow their own client practice with support from branch offices and regional teams across the U.S. and Canada. You will develop personalized financial strategies, nurture client relationships, and adhere to regulatory guidelines while leveraging a broad support network.

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills and self-starter
• Willingness to pursue Series 7 & 66 licenses and ongoing regulatory training
• Licensed or preferred state insurance licenses
• CFP or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designations are a plus

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to deliver personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure quality client experience and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to develop and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging branch environment built on trust, respect, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing firm and regulatory training and maintain required registrations/licensing.
• Support clients with resources and a broad home-office network for guidance.
• Provide client support to balance workload and focus on client outcomes.
