Role: Experienced Family Law Attorney Specializing In Divorce Litigation, Permanent Role in Queens, NY

Location:

• On site in Queens, NY

Full-Time (35+ hours weekly), permanent position that is set to begin immediately.

Experience required:

• Hiring one (1) Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in Family Law. The job requires expertise in Divorce. Expertise in Matrimonial Law and Trial Law is a plus. The position will be on site in Queens, New York. The role is full-time, is a permanent position, and is set to begin immediately. The job pays a salary of $120,000 - $180,000/year (estimate). A New York bar license is required.
• Have you drafted and negotiated contracts related to family or marital matters, such as Prenuptial Agreements, Child Custody Agreements, or Marital Settlement Agreements? Please provide examples.
• Describe your experience in the specialization: NY Divorce Litigation.
• Have you overseen a full caseload of complex divorce, custody, and financial disputes from initial consultation through trial or settlement? Please elaborate.
