Role Description

This is an opening for a full‑time Experienced Family Law Attorney. The attorney will handle various family law cases from start to finish, draft and file pleadings/motions, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and provide strategic advice to clients. The role involves both courtroom and behind‑the‑scenes legal work, including client consultations, case preparation, and legal research. The attorney will collaborate with more senior attorneys on complex/high‑net‑worth matters and work closely with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. This position is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in Southern California.

• Monthly in‑office attendance for all‑staff meetings
• Court appearances as scheduled
• Occasional in‑person meetings with clients, as needed

Outside of these requirements, we are happy to accommodate remote work and provide flexibility.
