Empire Netting and Fence is seeking an experienced fabricator in Nebraska. We're looking for an experienced fabricator who brings real hands-on knowledge to the table.

Here’s What Will Help You Succeed

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, stick, and service welding.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience working with different materials and fabrication techniques.
• Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• A strong understanding of equipment care, maintenance, and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate equipment such as skid loaders.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification and OSHA 10 training.

We need someone who knows their way around a fabrication shop, takes ownership of their work, and isn't afraid to tackle something new.

A Few Things You Should Know

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active and working through challenges.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, including 8-hour shifts.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, temperatures, confined spaces, and at heights.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, climb ladders and stairs, and perform physically demanding work.
• Monday–Friday schedule with weekends and overtime when needed.
• Some travel may be required.
