Job summary

Serenity Home Transformations seeks an experienced residential remodeling installer to join our in-house team in Cedar Rapids, IA. This full-time role focuses on existing-home exterior remodeling, including windows, siding, decks, and trim, with emphasis on craftsmanship and customer care.

You’ll work on smaller projects and service calls alongside our team, bringing pride in finished work and strong problem-solving skills. Travel within Cedar Rapids area; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on residential remodeling or exterior installation experience.
• Strong replacement window and/or siding experience is most important.
• Not intended for entry-level construction workers.

Responsibilities

• Install replacement windows.
• Install and repair residential siding.
• Build and repair residential decks.
• Complete exterior trim and finish work.
• Diagnose and repair problems on existing homes.
• Service calls and punch-list items.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
