Marshall Cleaning Service in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Exterior Cleaning Technician to service residential and commercial properties. You will perform soft wash cleaning, roof cleaning, and pressure washing to protect customers’ investments while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Exterior cleaning or pressure washing experience (1+ year) preferred; on-the-job training available.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Team-oriented and eager to learn.
• Background check and drug screening will be required.

Responsabilités

• Soft wash residential and commercial homes.
• Clean roofs using approved methods.
• Pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks and walls.
• Clean gutters and brighten exterior gutters.
• Clean exterior windows and screens.
• Wash fences, decks, awnings, and outdoor structures.
• Set up and safely operate pressure washing and soft wash equipment.
• Climb ladders and work safely at heights.
• Inspect properties before and after service.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients.
• Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Represent Marshall Cleaning Service with professionalism at every job.

What We're Looking For

• Exterior cleaning or pressure washing experience preferred (1+ year), but we will train the right person
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs when necessary
